Cleaves the C-terminus of replicase polyprotein at 11 sites (By similarity). Recognizes substrates containing the core sequence [ILMVF]-Q-|-[SGACN]. Also able to bind an ADP-ribose-1''-phosphate (ADRP) (By similarity).
